• Dispatch timeline: U.S. inventory ships the same day or the next day. Items from India will take 3–4 weeks for shipping plus up to 4 weeks for stitching if needed.
• Payment: we accept Zelle or Venmo only. Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received and we can not hold any item without payment.
• Shipping & stitching charges: shipping fees are charged separately; basic stitching is included, but any customization or extra work is priced separately
• Delivery timing begins once payment is confirmed — final delivery dates depend on when you book and whether an item is U.S.‑stock or shipped from India;
