Shipping Charges: Shipping is not free. Charges vary based on delivery distance and service requirements.
Ready-to-Dispatch Orders: Delivery within the USA typically takes 1–4 business days.
Pre-Booking Orders: These items may take 15–25 business days to dispatch.
Customization Orders: Custom work requires a minimum of 15–20 business days before production begins.
Urgent Orders: Please inform us when placing your order.

Unboxing Guidelines

To process any claims for damage or missing items, the following steps must be followed:

  1. Unbox on Delivery Day – Open the parcel on the same day of delivery.

  2. 360º Unboxing Video Required – Show the address label on the outer package and record the entire unboxing.

  3. Raw & Unedited Video Only – Edited or partial videos will not be accepted.

  4. Video Submission Timeline – Send the unboxing video within 12 hours of delivery.

  5. Raise Return Request Promptly – Contact our support through Call, Website, or Support Portal within 24 hours if a return is needed.

Following these steps ensures your claim is verified quickly and fairly.


Returns & Damages Policy

No replacement or refund will be issued without valid video proof of damage, missing items, or other issues.
Shipping damage is beyond our control, though we take all precautions.
• If we approve a claim, the item must be returned within 1 business day. Late returns will not be accepted.
• We maintain photos and videos of all items before dispatch to verify claims.
Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Once a product is dispatched, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.


Care & Handling Notes

• Refer to the size chart and select the correct or slightly larger size for comfort. Avoid tight kurtis and excessive force on zippers.
Dry cleaning is recommended for the first wash.
• Wash separately in cold water.
• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or digital photography.
